In the new testament, most notably, Jesus Christ is called, “son of God”. In the new testament, son of God is applied to Jesus on many occasions also declared to be the son of God by a voice speaking from heaven.
In Christianity, Jesus is believed to be the son of God and the second person of the holy trinity. Christians believe that through his crucifixion and subsequent resurrection God offered humans salvation and eternal life.
Jesus is not Gods son in the sense of a human father and a son. God did not get married and have a son. God did not mate with Mary and together with her, produce a son. Jesus is Gods son in the sense that he is God made manifest in human form. (John1:1,14) Jesus is Gods son in that he was conceived in Mary by the holy spirit. Luke 1:35 declares. The angel answered, the holy spirit will come upon you, and the power of the most high will shadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the son of God.
Jesus is considered the incarnation of God and his teachings are followed as an example for living a more spiritual life.
These are the key events of Jesus Christ.

Most of Jesus life is told through the four gospels of the new testament bible., known as the canonical gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
These are not biographies in the modern sense but accounts with allegorical intent. They are written to engender faith in JESUS as the messiah and the incarnation of God, who came to teach, suffer and die for our sins.
